Currently Douglas is acting as Conversion Project Engineering Manager for BP Oil International at ATAS Refinery/Terminal, Turkey.
The project covers: ACM Surveys; ACM Removal/Clean-up; National Grid Electrical Hook-up; Natural Gas Supply; Refinery Decommissioning; Pipeline Integrity Works; Fire Protection Upgrades; Tank Overhaul and Refurbishment; Pipeline conversion; Terminal Import Capacity Improvement; Blending Systems; Rail Loading; Selective Additive Injection Systems; Upgrading Terminal Automation and Security Systems.
