Hydraulic Simulation - AFT FATHOM

AFT Fathom is a practical fluid dynamic simulation software package used to calculate pressure drop and flow distribution in liquid piping systems.

This allows simulation and a detailed review of existing and proposed pipework systems to be undertaken, in house and provides

• Pipe sizing;
• Pump sizing and selection;
• Control valve sizing and selection;

Simulating system operation and component interaction; and

Troubleshooting existing systems to determine the cause of operational problems

The use of AFT Fathom allows our engineers to:

• Optimise process operating conditions and simulate scenarios;
• Simulate multiple scenarios involving differing valve positions, pump operation, control set points, pressures, temperatures and more;
